We at MutantBox have come together to create a brand new browser game experience. LIBERATORS – A WWII STRATEGY EPIC is an army game that takes you to the front lines of the Second World War. Here players will recruit actual historical characters, use and upgrade real weaponry, and reenact famous historical battles. Fans of history will follow a fictional army throughout Europe and down into Italy and from there on to Northern Africa. Players will learn the histories and quirks of real persons and match their armies on the battlefield. They will have access to both Allied and Axis generals along with their weapons, and unique skills to create an alternate telling of the battles that shaped the history of Europe forever.
LIBERATORS – Time to gear up for battle!
Waging war is tough business and the LIBERATORS battlefield is no exception. Soldiers will march their way across unknown terrain, liberating cities, recruiting new generals and their armies, producing and trading resources, and discovering their own unique path through war-ravaged Europe. Compare Allied tanks to their Axis counterparts. Create a legion of generals with the full range of WWII unit types at your disposal. Earn war decorations for the most prolific under your command.
Do go at it alone. Players can join alliances with one another and pool their resources and might to occupy vast swaths of land. Work together with other players to wage war against rival alliances, generate gold, oil, and other precious resources. How will the war turn out when under your control?
LIBERATORS – A WWII STRATEGY EPIC!
As true to traditional wargame strategy genre, players will have to consider situations that are analogous to the situations faced by leaders of actual battles. Each general has a unique war skill, along with a unique set of items that must be upgraded to keep them at top performance. Leveling generals is a function of usage on the battlefield as well as management of resources and finances. Which generals players recruit as well as how well they fair against others is entirely up to the user.
