Due to calculation mechanics, BR numbers may not reflect Commander's actual BR. This is normal and should not affect battle outcome.

Bug fixes:
1. Players unable to buy drinks in the pub.
2. Enemy matching problem in Invasion of Africa in Server 1 - Overlord.
3. Colonel able to dismiss the General in the alliance.
4. Research page unable to be opened in Alliance menu.
5. Incorrect Main Mission tasks displayed
6. Yesterday's Killing ranking displaying empty in Server 1 - Overlord
7. Resetting pills not working in Alliance Wars
8. Friend showing facebook name instead of the in-game name
9. Players unable to invite others to act as assistant and cannot resign
10. Certain cities unable to be reached
11. When an Alliance changes its flag, its occupied cities still hold the previous flag and Alliance flag able to be changed by all Alliance members 
12. Side quests in Soldier of the Reich able to be unlocked repeatedly 
13. Ongoing Battle unable to refresh or requiring longer than 16 hours
14. Protection time in Alliance war displays over 15 hours in Server 2 – Kursk.
15. Dispatched troops in Army tab of War menu unable to retreat (available 1.23.2016)

New function:
1.*NEW LEVEL CAP* Players can now play up to Lvl. 70.
